Griqualand Biltong started in 1996 with a simple principle: source the right animal, treat it right, and cut it properly. Three decades later, that hasn't changed. Every piece of beef that comes through our doors is grass-reared and sourced directly from Eastern Griqualand in Natal — a region that produces some of the finest natural pasture beef in South Africa.
We're not a supermarket counter. We're not a factory. We're a family-run butchery that has been serving the Helderberg for thirty years because we've never cut corners — on the sourcing, the curing, or the quality.
Our monthly hamper boxes are curated cuts and cured products, packed for braais, gifting, or keeping the freezer stocked. Order monthly or as a once-off.
